‍Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment or class time. We encourage you to give yourself time & space to arrive so we can get you checked in / setup with ease.

Please keep your devices on silent or do not disturb throughout your visit for the peace of mind & presence of you and our other guests.

For one-to-one services, you will be checked in upon arrival and guided to peruse our boutique or find a seat in our cozy quiet space. Your practitioner will welcome you when your treatment is ready.

‍A minor consent is required for anyone under the age of 18, thus a parent or legal guardian is required to come in person to sign sed agreement prior to the minor’s first appointment. If the client is ages 10-14, the parent or legal guardian must remain present for the entirety of the minor’s appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY
‍WE UNDERSTAND LIFE HAPPENS - THINGS DON’T ALWAYS WORKOUT OR ALIGN.

‍If you would like to reschedule your appointment, please do so in the app or on our website more than 24 hours before your appointment time. If you are unable to cancel digitally, please give us a call (757) 478-7466 so that a member of our team may assist you in making changes efficiently & effectively.

Should you ever need to cancel your session or spot in a class, we ask that you do so no less than 24 hours in advance to avoid any penalty fees. Sessions or class spots canceled within the 24 hour window of appointment time are subject to a 50% charge.

No show appointments will be charged full price of class or service to ensure that everyone in our community is able to receive what they need and do not get blocked by a spot that is not filled.
